Job Description
Services in-force accounts including Group and Individual Medical, Life, Dental, 401K, S125, LTD, STD, LTC and annuity policies.
Responds to inquiries from clients and employees on claim, enrollment, billing, termination, reinstatement, benefit, and premium issues.
Contacts carriers as required for assistance with issues.
Meets with Producers to discuss issues with their Clients or Prospects.
Markets New Business
Group:
§ Obtains quotes from carriers or run in house quotes
§ Prepares formal presentations and spreadsheets for Producers.
§ Coordinates enrollment meetings, if sold.
§ Submits sold case materials to carrier.
§ Claims
Individual:
§ Runs quotes.
§ Prepares presentation for Producer or mail to Client.

Handles renewals, remarketing if necessary.
Maintains accurate records of all transactions in TAM.
Meets with carriers to update product knowledge.
Cross selling.
Handles any special project as requested by Management.
