Wave 1- Large Installation (2 sites) - Fort Benning On-Site support role descriptions
SAP SME Understands the GFEBS solution. Can assist with answering business process questions related to ERP. Develops knowledge on the solution related to Spending Chain, Reimbursable Finance, Real Property and Plant Maintenance. Resource will:
Perform over the shoulder training for end users
Troubleshoots issues as they arise
Conducts brown bag refresher classes for the end user
Insure the efficient use and smooth operation of the use of the SAP systems for GFEBS processes
Increase the skill level of current users to a level of proficiency for their job
Master Data coordination with DFAS
Participate and reports status daily /weekly conference calls with GFEBS Central Deployment team
Develop or modify written User Jobs Aids related to ERP Business Processes in order for sites to be more efficient in their daily business operations
Insure all pertinent issues have been documented as SIR
Familiar with other core SAP modules
Excellent communication and personal skills
Ability to manage issues/challenges and analyze complex situations in order to determine the best course of action
Must have SAP Skills/knowledge
