Position Overview:  
 
They are currently looking for Java Leads/Architects who have experience in design, implementation in web applications. 
 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead, design quality products on-time
• Minimum 5+ years experience in the development of Java/J2ee and/or C# based Web Applications.
• Experience with Java is highly preferred. 
• Framework design and development experience is a plus
• Develop and implement the front-end for web-based applications.
• Ability to articulate design decisions during design reviews. 

Other Responsibilities: 

• Must be able to problem solve, recommend solutions and communicate effectively.
• Must apply technical knowledge to determine these solutions and solve complex problems.
• Must have the aptitude to learn quickly, and have good analytical skills.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Should accurately predict time required to complete development tasks; adhere closely to development plans.
• Assist in the documentation of software application requirements and design.

Technical/Behavioral skills required:   

• Good programming of Java, JSP, Servlet, XML
• Languages: Java Scripting Languages: Unix, Shell, XML
• Exposure to XSLT, Struts, Hibernate XML or other web applications related certifications, if any
• Good client interfacing skills. 

Experience:  A Minimum of 5+ yrs
 
Education: Minimum of Bachelor Degree.
