TITLE:Technology Analyst/Lead - Web Tech (Weblogic/Websphere)

Position Overview:
They are currently looking for Technology Analyst/Lead - Web Tech (Weblogic/websphere).
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Installation and setting up the environment.
- Take care of Deployments and configuration changes
- Responsible for monitoring the applications in order to ensure availability at all times
- Responsible for user management and security configuration(users, groups, roles, policies, SSL)
- Look into the issues which is impacting the application availability and troubleshooting them within the SLA and the job involves to try out the various possibilities because of which the problem may occur and provide the solution as part of the problem management.
- Responsible for Server level monitoring, Performance Tuning, Patching, License
- Management and documentations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in one of the main stream web technologies; which involves web server and application server administration, monitoring, trouble shooting and resolving technical support issues, incidents & problems.
- Tune server parameters for optimal performance
- Knowledge of one or more technology components like operating systems, databases, programming languages, infrastructure packages etc, and relevant technology trends / best practices to deliver on the expected outputs
- Knowledge of architecture principles, methods and tools to apply as per role expectations
- Respond to the issues assigned, do analysis, participating in estimating the effort needed to implement solution or work around, suggest/ implement work around, communicate to all the stake holders and close the issue as per the agreed timelines in order to ensure support availability as per the agreed SLAs-
- Analyzing and solving a problem by identifying the elements and relationship of a problem in systematic way and identifying logical causal links.
- Builds partnership with customers (Internal/External) by understanding and responding to customer needs and acting as a trusted advisor as per role expectations.
