Job Title: Salesforce.com Specialists including Developer / Tech Architect / Consultant - SFDC
Location: Chicago IL area with no relocation
Job Type: Fulltime only with benefits bonus growth and more!
Travel : Up to 80% M-T
START DATE: Immediate to one month.

JOB SUMMARY:
They are looking for Consultants at various level who have experience in Salesforce.com platform – Visual Force, Chatter, APEX, Force.com and product roadmap

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The jobholder has the following key responsibilities within the assigned account scope:
Good customer interaction skills
Understand and gather Technical and non Technical requirements
Suggest and implement solutions to solve customer’s problem areas
Study comparative packages in the market
Define application architecture and provide suitable solutions
Tailor methodologies and macro issues to customer’s needs
Lead package evaluation/strategy assignments
Lead and provide guidance during all stages of the life cycle of a project.
Pre sales support.


Technical skills required
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce.com platform – Visual Force, Chatter, APEX, Force.com and product roadmap.
Deep CRM industry knowledge including sales and service functions. Experience with other CRM, Sales & Marketing products – Siebel, Clarify, Pivotal, MS Dynamics CRM, Aprimo etc will be beneficial.
Extremely good presentation skills on the above products
Good understanding of the sales process for IT projects
Proven track record in IT Consulting/Project Management

Behavioral skills required
Ability to work in an onsite-offshore team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

Experience
3+ years of relevant experience

Education
Bachelor's Degree Required. MBA or masters preferred.
