Our client needs a hands-on turnaround and growth Financial and Operational Controller for the manufacturing industry. They are looking for an Executive to improve and add value to the plant. The selected candidate will have turned around a company and grown it as well as had progressive accounting and operational experience throughout his/her career. SAP or ERP highly desirable. Accounting Degree Required as well as top tier public accounting experience. There will be some travel. The ideal candidate will want to be promoted in time and will be open to working in other locations down the road (for example in a promotion).
