What I have is a game changing client in the health services space.  Founders have all been there done that in their industries, self made millionaires and are looking to do it again.
They have a great mode, great backing and even cutting edge technology that assist them in delivering a health care benefit to CFO&rsquo;s.
What I need is as follows&hellip;and all MUST apply:
CFO level sale hunter in Dallas.
Average deal from 150K to 1MM
Success in a start up company, ideally technology
W2&rsquo; of over 200K last 3 years (they need to be documented)
100% club performer more often then not.
Someone that has a burning desire to make a lot of people happy with a great solution and get paid the best money in their lives to do it.
90-100K base to do 2x that at plan and 2X commission after plan.  (300K+ job in 2011) plus ridicules stock.
I am sorry but this is the only search like this we have in Dallas and if you do not fit the bill I can not call you back on this one&hellip;but we will keep you posted at a later date.

            Ability to architect enterprise level BI and DW solutions 
            
            Ability to participate in the development of project plans including estimates for the entire life cycle of the project 
            
            Demonstrated ability to make appropriate scoping and prioritization decisions 
            
            Ability to lead teams to create logical data models and map data elements from one system to another
            
            Strong working knowledge of RDBMS and parallel processing (e.g. Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, DB2, IBM) and ability to design DB schemas and interface with it using ODBC/JDBC 
            
            Demonstrated proficiency in the Windows platform 
            Demonstrated proficiency in JMS, EJB, SQL, JAVA, XML, and HTML 
            
            3rd Party Knowledge: Hands on knowledge of 3rd party BI tools like Microstrategy, Business Objects, SAS, Cognos, SPSS, etc. In addition, working knowledge of ETL tools like Ab-Initio, Informatica, Data Stage, etc
            
            Strong working knowledge of UNIX and NT operating systems 
            
            Ability to understand and solve issues associated with scalability, reliability, performance and etc 
            
            Knowledge of Massively Parallel Processing (MPP) and Symmetric Multi-Processing (SMP) 
            
            Familiar with data appliance solutions (Netezza, Teradata, Oracle, GreenPlum) 
            
            Must be willing to travel 100% and enjoy working with customers
            
            Strong problem identification and problem solving skills 
            
            Must be able to function as a team leader, providing direction to less senior members of the development team

      <title><![CDATA[Channel Sales Manager - Chelmsford, MA]]></title>

Essential Functions/Responsibilities: 

    Establishes expectations and disciplines for the Sales Channel that are consistent with the direct sales team disciplines and processes.
    Continually communicates and is interactive with the VAR Channel through phone, e-mail, direct face to face visits, and in territory sales process participation (ride along visits).
    Manages performance of the Channel Partners (VARs) to realize expected monthly revenue production, and insures that the partners have deployed appropriate and properly trained resources.
    Proactively manages issues that arise within the Channel including resolving channel conflicts between partners and the direct sales force.
    Communicates to insure that the Channel is aware of all marketing programs and special marketing events to leverage them for optimized sales.
    Coordinates with Marketing to create Channel focused programs.
    Manages the Channel to insure that pipelines are built in specific geographic territories through the Partner  prospecting efforts.

Required Skills/Experience: 

    Minimum of 5 years software Sales Channel Management or Sales Management experience. 
    Experience selling supply chain management or logistics solutions.
    Proven record of quota achievement.
    Demonstrated ability to successfully forecast potential deals semi monthly, monthly and quarterly.
    Demonstrated ability to successfully manage teams to build a strong pipeline of future business and predictably convert the pipeline to closed business.
    Experience working with CRM systems; experience with SalesForce.com desired.
    Proven ability to promote selling strategies that prove the understanding of  the customers' strategic objectives and needs
    Proven ability to manage a Channel Partner organization to collaboratively secure new business.
    Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
    Strong financial acumen.
    Knowledgeable in revenue recognition guidelines for software sales.
    Self motivated, high energy and demonstrated leadership in a matrix environment.
    Ability to work under minimal supervision with a wide latitude for independent judgment, and understands the need for regular communication and coordination sales management.
    Collaborates with the VP of Sales for expectations in revenue and sales process, and then executes.
    Excellent understanding of business issues and goals.

Yes, we are looking to add to our staff.  Our firm www.goldenhire.com, previously one of WNY&rsquo;s fastest 50 companies three years in a row, is really experiences some strong demand and we are looking for some assistance.  A majority of our recruiting is for sale individuals for our clients in the emerging to start up technology sectors in major markets.  We have seen some upstate NY growth and we feel it is time to add a person or two to the staff.
 
We are looking for someone that is familiar with the contingency search/recruiting model, still excited about making placements and more importantly a tolerance for a small company.   Golden Hire is coming up on its 10th year and this is the 3rd time the founder has come out of a recession.
 
The three skills we are looking for are as follows:
Ability to talk communicates with sales people, both email and voice.
Self motivated, persistent, dynamic, driven&hellip;that type of DNA or you will not make it.
Some form of recruiting and or client management experience in the staffing industry. 
 
Requirements:
1-10 years successfully in sales/recruiting
Stability, if you have had more then one job we need to see a 3 year average at each job.
Experience in a small company. (a must have)
Smart, we would give preference to a college degree.
Ability to come to Hamburg, NY every day for at least a 10 hour day
