      <description><![CDATA[The Talmadge Group, Inc.has a contract with a federal agency to replace an existing system with a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The SRA Team will be implementing the Planning, Procurement, Fulfillment and Finance functional areas within ERP environment. 

 
 

The person in the SAP Senior Data Management Architect/SME position will be a member of a large ERP project team. This position requires in-depth hands on domain knowledge, strong communication (oral and written), facilitation, leadership and teamwork skills.
 
Person must have been involved in Full Lifecycle implementation and understands what it takes from project inception to development, go-live and O&M.
 
&middot;         Facilitate workshop/working sessions of up to 50 people,
&middot;         Interact daily with the client, project team, and across all functional/technical teams
&middot;         Develop presentations and written materials to effectively communicate design ideas, issues, and solutions
&middot;         Brief, present, and facilitate meetings with the government client and the SRA team
&middot;         Develop detail designs and implementation plans
&middot;         Execute system, performance, and user acceptance testing
&middot;         Architect and lead the implementation of SAP Data conversions in these modules: SAP ERP 2005, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Financials, Customer Relations Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Supply Chain Mgt, legacy system conversion with IBM COBOL, IDMS DBMS 
&middot;         Experience in ABAP programming and LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench)
&middot;         Data mapping and conversion/migration
Data cleansing and profiling for customer, vendor, and material master data
Experience Required:

    Experience in ABAP programming and LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench)
    Extensive data mapping and conversion/migration expertise in customer, material master, and transactional data to include such objects as contracts; sales orders; requisitions; purchase orders; and invoices.
    Extensive expertise in data cleansing and profiling for customer, vendor, material master, and transactional data to include such objects as contracts; sales orders; requisitions; purchase orders; and invoices.

The HQ component of The Talmadge Group is seeking a Network / System Administrator to provide internal and external support LAN/WAN Support. Successful candidates will have a professional presence, be organized and effectively interact with internal and external customers in PC/LAN/WAN environments. Communicating technical solutions to non-technical professionals is an essential element of this position.
 
1.      Lead the migration of data, website and e-mail services from external vendors to Talmadge Offices. This will require procuring hardware / software and setting up servers from the ground up.
2.      Stay current in emerging technologies in order to make recommendations to Talmadge Leadership and External Customers
3.      Ability to grow into a 2nd & 3rd tier tech support role, support Tier 1 associates in the field.
4.      Understand and provide Connectivity Services; Routers; Hubs; Switches; Wiring; Wifi (WiMax)
5.      Ability to create, procure and deploy remote computing to temporary client sites.
 
Skills:

    Minimum A+ Certification, MCSE Certification Desired
    Microsoft Server Experience, IBM PC&rsquo;s and compatibles, MS Office
    Prior Call Center / Help Desk Experience is Helpful
    Experience with web site development (desired)
    Experience with Laptops; PC&rsquo;s; Servers
